Merry Christmas 2015

Merry Christmas 2015
Wow! It's that beautiful time of year again that all of God's children come together praising and basking in the light of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We love each of you- our dear friends and family. You have a special place in our hearts. We are grateful for the love, example, and special ways each of you have touched us. We wish you the very best YEAR!

Some special things happened this year. Humanitarian work has always been a big passion. Five of us got to go to Mexico and build a home out of cinder block for a destitute family. We fell in love with the people and can't wait to go again this summer. We also were blessed to be able to take Michael and his fiancee to Houston where he served. We met some of the wonderful people he baptized, and worked with on his mission. He taught us some fun and important facts like the Houston Dive. This is when you enter a busy freeway, shoot over four lanes of traffic to exit on the other side all within seconds! Oh what fun!!

Our big ol' family just keeps growing... and growing up! Hilary was married, and Michael will marry January 5th. We love Karianne, Ty, and Kaylene and feel so blessed to have them be a part of our family. We have Nate on a mission in Paraguay with 7 months left and Jared counting down before he can go. He plans to leave right after his 18th birthday June 28th.

What joy watching all our children grow and progress. Some unexpected inconveniences like stitches, and a broken bone but mostly blessings. The children have been involved with National Honor Society, scholarships, violin and piano recitals, sports, clubs, the list goes on. Our youngest learning to walk and our oldest graduating from college in the Spring. We are just so honored to be each of their parents!

Harry and I find ourselves laughing a lot at the funny things the kids do and say at the different stages they are at! They keep us very busy but we find time for short dinner dates, weekly movies, and our Temple date every Saturday morning. We just celebrated our anniversary and look forward to the rest of forever! We feel so blessed by your friendship and support and love.
