On May 30th while at the store my water broke, or so I thought. I quickly picked up Mike and Jared who were buying groceries at the store close by and off we went to drop the bags of groceries off at the house then quickly getting to the hospital. Mike admitted me, while I went directly up to labor and delivery. To my surprise it was not water at all. The doctor got the bleeding stopped that night but couldn't stop the labor the next day and our little Jacob was born May 31st at 9:40PM at 34 weeks. He weighed 5lb10oz and was 19.5 inches long. He has the most beautiful dark olive skin and lots of brown hair. He was healthy but struggling with feedings consistently and apnea ( remembering to breath). After two weeks in NI-CU Jacob came home. He is strong and growing really well. At one month weighing 6lb8oz. What a tremendous blessing and miracle.
